LIVE ASSETS (PLANTS & LIVESTOCK) To maintain our strict quarantine protocols and guarantee pest-free ecosystems for all operators, all sales of live aquatic assets are final. We do not accept returns on any living organisms. If an issue occurs during transit, please refer to our Live Arrival Guarantee.

HARDWARE & DRY GOODS Unopened, unused hardware and dry goods may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all factory seals intact.

  • The operator is responsible for return shipping coordinates and postage.

  • A 30% restocking fee applies to all hardware returns that are open or used items or items that do not get returned with their original packaging.

INITIATING A RETURN To initiate a return for dry goods, please submit a request through the Support Channel on your account dashboard. Do not dispatch unauthorized returns to our facility, as they will be rejected by receiving.
